Welcome. This workspace helps you manage a freelance client from onboarding to final handover while giving the client a simple portal they can actually use.

Your goal
You do not need to learn the database architecture before using the product. Your first goal is simply:
Create one client โ create one project โ prepare its portal โ test it โ share it.
Your first setup is a guided configuration pass. Follow First Project Setup and judge the time from your own workflow; this product no longer claims a 10โ15 minute first setup.
Before you begin
- [ ] Duplicate the product into the workspace where you will actually use it
- [ ] Use Notion desktop/web for the initial form setup
- [ ] Keep the root OS and operational databases private
- [ ] Have one real or test client/project in mind
The setup path
- Personalize the workspace โ business name, icon/logo and wording where useful.
- Create your first Client.
- Create your first Project.
- Duplicate the reusable project surfaces and bind their linked views using the real Project relation.
- Prepare the Client Portal and display its
PRJ-# reference.
- Create the three client forms from the databases' existing canonical properties.
- Test the forms and portal in a private/incognito browser and on mobile.
- Share the Client Portal only with the client.
