Three access zones

1 — Private freelancer zone

Never share these with clients:

• Root Freelancer Client Portal OS
• Internal Project Workspace
• Client Intake Inbox
• Resources & Access
• Underlying master databases
• Internal mobile quick view
• Form Builder/database setup pages

2 — Client-shared zone

Share the Client Portal. Every operational client-facing list must be filtered by:

• the real Project relation for that project
• Client Visible = checked

Keep section-specific filters as needed, such as Waiting for client or lifecycle stage.

Do not use Project Key, formula keys, project-title text, or submitted Project Reference as the authoritative client-portal boundary.

3 — External submission zone

Share only the three public respondent form URLs:
