Start here for every new client project. The goal is to move from a blank workspace to a client-ready project without touching the underlying databases directly.
</aside>
Use New Client below only when the client does not already exist. Keep one client record per company/person; multiple projects should relate back to that same client.
Use New Project below. Set the client, project type, dates, goal, scope, out-of-scope boundaries, and success criteria. New projects enter the provisioning queue before they are considered ready for delivery.
Open Project Workspace Blueprint and duplicate the whole page before editing it. In the project-specific copy, bind every linked view to the new Project using the real Project relation.
Do not use project-title text, numeric placeholders, Project Key, or PRJ-# as the project boundary. The relation is authoritative and survives project renaming.
Open Client Portal Blueprint and duplicate it for the project. Its client-facing lists are prebuilt against an archived placeholder Project relation plus the appropriate Client Visible safety gates.
In each linked view, replace only the placeholder Project relation with the real Project. Keep Client Visible = checked and the section-specific status/lifecycle filters. Then save the resulting portal URL on the Project and Client records.
Recreate the Request, Feedback and Scope Change forms in the duplicated workspace using the databases' existing canonical properties. Remove unsafe questions; do not recreate existing fields with the blue +.
In the Client Portal, show the Project's PRJ-# and link directly to the three public respondent URLs. Do not require the client to open a private Submission Center page.
Review new submissions in Client Intake Inbox. Verify the submitted reference, bind the real Project + Client relations, set the initial workflow metadata, then enable Client Visible only when safe.
Open Mobile Project Quick View Blueprint, then duplicate that page before changing any filters. Rename the duplicate Mobile Quick View — [Project name].
Inside that project-specific copy, bind all four linked views to the real Project relation. Do not edit the reusable blueprint itself.
This project-specific quick view is the preferred on-the-go freelancer surface: active work, client blockers, feedback needing action, and scope changes needing attention.

Keep mobile views intentionally narrow: title + status + at most one contextual property. Open the record for details instead of turning the list into a spreadsheet.
